1. Acceptance
By using this website and its tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by [Your legal entity name].
2. The service
HL7 Developer Toolkit provides browser-based tools for reading and troubleshooting HL7 v2 messages. The service is an early preview and is provided in phases. Features marked Planned are not available, and listing them is not a promise to deliver them. We may change, suspend or remove any feature at any time.
3. Your data and acceptable use
- Use only synthetic or properly de-identified data. Do not submit real patient information or other protected health information.
- Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or probe it, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
- You are responsible for the data you paste into the tools and for how you use their output.
4. Not for clinical use
The tools are developer aids. They are not medical devices, are not intended for patient care or clinical decisions, and do not validate messages against HL7 standards, implementation guides or regulatory requirements. Verify the output against your own sources before relying on it.
5. Accounts, plans and payments
Accounts and checkout are not available in this phase. Plans and prices shown on the site are proposed test values and may change. If paid plans are introduced, additional terms will apply and will be presented before you buy.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you paste into the tools. HL7 and Mirth are trademarks of their respective owners; this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may restrict access to the site if these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
11. Contact
